Is Katie cracking up?
|
Oh dear. It seems Peter Andre had been hoping for a smooth transition from being married to Katie Price, aka Jordan, to being not married to Katie Price, aka Jordan but, surprise surprise, it isnt really happening that way.
Apparently the Insania singer is desperately worried about his soon-to-be-ex-wifes well-being, because the acid-tongued glamour girl has been phoning him repeatedly to plead for a reconciliation.
He knew she would be upset but thought their marriage had run its natural course, a friend told the Daily Mirror. He feels really bad about the whole situation as he cares for Katie deeply and hates to see her like this.
Added the source: All her desperate phone calls are really heartbreaking but hes determined to stay strong.
However, Jordan's publicist spoke out denying newspaper reports the star was going off the rails: "Kate saw the claims and of course it is not nice for her but she knows that they are unfounded and she is carrying on as normal."
Meanwhile, a report in The Sun tells a slightly more sympathetic story. Apparently poor Katie was forced to cancel a trip to a Leona Lewis gig after Pete dropped off the kids early so he could go and rehearse his new album.
Said another pal: Katie is tired of suggestions she either doesnt look after the children enough or that she wont let Pete see them as much as is fair. She dropped everything when Pete called her and changed the arrangements.
Whats odd is that Peter had been moaning he didnt see the kids enough, then when he gets the chance he hands them back to Katie.
But yet another friend weighed in on the Andre side, saying: Pete wants to see much more of the kids. But hes sticking to the agreement drawn up by the lawyers.
